Returns and Refunds

Due to the original and handcrafted nature of the artwork, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives in a damaged condition.

In case of damage, PrintsByOsa may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or repair, provided that photographic proof of the damage is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the artwork.
