Artwork Purchase Agreement
This agreement applies to all purchases made through PrintsByOsa's website.

By purchasing an artwork from PrintsByOsa, you (the Buyer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

All artworks are the original creations of Osa Obasuyi, trading as PrintsByOsa. The Artist retains full copyright and intellectual property rights for every piece of artwork sold.
The Buyer receives the artwork for personal enjoyment and display purposes only. No rights are transferred for reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork without express written permission from the Artist.
The Buyer may not make copies, prints, or reproduce the artwork in any form, including digital formats, without prior consent from the Artist.

Purchased artwork is for personal use and may not be resold or transferred to third parties within five (5) years of the date of purchase without written permission from the Artist.
If the Buyer wishes to resell the artwork after five years, the Artist must be informed and granted the right of first refusal to repurchase the piece.

Each artwork sold by PrintsByOsa comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from the Artist, confirming its originality and provenance.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the website checkout process.
Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

PrintsByOsa is responsible for ensuring that the artwork is securely packaged and delivered to the Buyer using a reliable courier service.
The Artist will provide tracking information once the artwork is shipped.
If the artwork is damaged during transit, the Buyer must report the damage to PrintsByOsa within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe voids any claims of damage.

Due to the original and handcrafted nature of the artwork, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives in a damaged condition.
In case of damage, PrintsByOsa may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or repair, provided that photographic proof of the damage is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the artwork.

This agreement does not cover the commissioning of custom artwork, which will require a separate agreement outlining additional terms.
PrintsByOsa reserves the right to refuse any sale if it does not meet the website's policies or for any other valid reason.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from the purchase or interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
